Jeanne is survived by her twelve children: Doug (Darlene) Meyer, Calmar, IA, Carole (Dick) Peterson, Weatherford, TX, Bonnie (Sonny) Kalishek, New Hampton, IA, Glenda (Don) Vrba, Protivin, IA, Tracy (Don) Loeffler, Plano, TX, Drew (Deb) Meyer, Mason City, IA, Jacyn (Vitaly) Meyer, Westminster, CO, Brian (Mary) Meyer, Calmar, IA, Carson (Marie) Meyer, Groveport, OH, Dena Johnston, McKinney, TX, Zoe (Joe Macey) Meyer, Dallas, TX, Kelley (Robert) Claman, Calmar, IA. Jeanne was the only South Winn Country Club member to have three holes in one shots, the last one was when she was 80 years old. She was an avid golfer and a member of the South Winn Country Club and loved the many tournaments that she and Arnold golfed together. She loved dancing with Arnold and taking her many trips with her daughters that took her abroad to places like Italy, Germany, France, Scotland, Czechoslovakia and England. She loved to sew and was proud to have made many quilts for her family. She worked at Walmart for over 21 years and was a dedicated and hardworking employee. Jeanne was a loving wife, mother and devoted friend. She married Arnold Peter Meyer on Jand moved to their farm northeast of Calmar. Jeanne Norma Meyer was born at home in Calmar, Iowa Apto Rose (Korbel) and Louis Frana. With a rosary at 5:30 and a scripture service at 6:00 there will also be visitation after 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Decemat Schluter – Balik Funeral Home, French Chapel in Calmar, IA. Aloysius Catholic Church in Calmar, IA with Rev. Jeanne Meyer, age 82, of Calmar, IA died at her home north of Calmar Tuesday, DecemMass of Christian Burial will be 10:30a.m.
